Humans and Animals United, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization based in Florida, serving all United States, hereinafter referred to as “HAAU”. Donations/Pledges

Humans And Animals United (HAAU) is a charitable organization as described in 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; EIN# 82-3562750, registered in the state of Florida. In accordance with the Internal Revenue Service Guidelines, HAAU maintains discretion and sole control over the use of all donated funds. In practice, HAAU honors the giving preferences for specific rescues/rescue operating costs. In rare cases, left over donations/gifts will be used where needed. Therefore, donors explicitly release HAAU from any and all restrictions on how those funds are spent. No goods or services are/were provided in return for any contribution. Contributions are tax-deductible to the limit allowed by law if the donor itemizes.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
