NOTICE REGARDING HARASSMENT AND DEFAMATION
Our organization Humans And Animals United Inc and Rosa Fond are the subject of a coordinated campaign of harassment and defamation by individuals with a documented history of interfering with animal rescue operations. These individuals are encouraging others to contact our donors, submit complaints to agencies, and circulate websites, videos, and social media content that they themselves created.
The materials being distributed contain false and misleading statements, manipulated content, and private photographs used without authorization. Some individuals referenced or depicted have no affiliation with our organization. The apparent intent is to overwhelm agencies and the public with volume in order to create false credibility for untrue narratives.
Any person who knowingly submits false information, fabricated allegations, or defamatory materials to agencies or third parties may be subject to legal liability for making a false report and for defamation. Agencies maintain records of all submissions, which are not anonymous and may be reviewed for accountability.
Our organization operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. All animals in our care receive appropriate veterinary treatment, are fully documented, and are placed into foster or adoptive homes. We maintain complete intake, medical, and placement records and welcome legitimate oversight.
This conduct does not constitute advocacy. It constitutes harassment intended to disrupt lifesaving rescue work.
